1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IDOH Korean Language & Culture ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the idohkr.com website and our educational services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND SERVICES.

2. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

  • We use Square as our third-party payment processor.

  • By making a payment, you agree to Square's terms.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew.

  • Cancel before the next cycle to avoid charges.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific service page.

  • Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling rules, subscription terms, and attendance policies may vary depending on the program, class, workshop, or subscription. Please review the policy listed on each service page carefully before completing payment.

  • By purchasing or enrolling in any IDOH Korean Language & Culture service, you agree to the terms shown on the applicable service page.

4. SERVICE-SPECIFIC RULES

  • Individual classes may have specific rules and guidelines.

  • These rules will be provided on the specific class page.

  • Service-specific rules shall prevail over these general Terms.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK (COOKING & CULTURAL CLASSES)

By participating in our in-person workshops, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies.

  • You assume all risks associated with kitchen activities.

  • IDOH is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

  • IDOH is not liable for failure to perform.

  • This includes severe weather, pandemics, or building issues.

  • In such cases, classes may move online.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING

  • We may take photos during classes for marketing purposes.

  • All student faces will be blurred or mosaicked.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Site and class materials are our proprietary property.

  • You may not reproduce or distribute our curriculum.

9. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

  • You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Hampshire courts.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS BASIS.

  • IN NO EVENT WILL IDOH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.

  • Liability will not exceed the amount paid by you.
